What’s included in the monthly price?
Each plan includes a prescribed treatment regimen (if medically appropriate), access to your clinician, and guidance throughout your program. Monthly pricing reflects the cost of ongoing support and medications. Labs and the initial evaluation are included in the consultation package.
Is lab work included?
Yes. All new patient consultations include a full lab panel, which we use to build your treatment plan. These labs are reviewed by our licensed provider before starting therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, but many patients use their HSA or FSA cards. This allows us to offer transparent pricing and high-quality, individualized care without insurance restrictions.
What’s the difference between a discovery call and a consultation?
Discovery Call (15 minutes): A brief call to answer general questions not covered on the website or social media. No medical advice or lab work is included. Full Consultation: A full intake with labs, clinical evaluation, and treatment plan (if appropriate). This is required before any prescriptions are issued.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You are not locked into a long-term contract. You can cancel future services with proper notice, but we recommend committing to 3 months for best outcomes. Medication cannot be returned once dispensed.
What if I don’t see the treatment I’m looking for?
We list our most popular services on this page, but we have access to many additional peptide and hormone therapies. If you’re looking for something specific, contact us — we may be able to help.
When will I receive my labs back?
We expedite lab orders to provide results within a few business days — much faster than the 1–2 week delays seen at most clinics.
