1. Lab Orders
All lab test purchases are final once your order has been submitted to the laboratory.
• No refunds will be issued once a lab requisition form has been generated or submitted.
• If you cancel before the lab order is submitted, you may be eligible for a refund minus a $25 processing fee.

2. Missed or Unused Appointments
Lab requisitions must be used within the time frame specified by the laboratory (typically 3–6 months depending on the test).
• Failure to complete your lab draw within the valid window will result in expiration of the order and no refund will be issued.
• Missed appointments or no-shows at LabCorp or other draw sites are the responsibility of the client.

3. Lab Errors or Test Failures
If the laboratory is unable to process your sample due to a technical error on their part, we will coordinate a one-time retest at no additional charge.
• This does not apply to client-related issues such as arriving late, failing to fast, or not following pre-test instructions.

4. No Medical Services Provided
UnashamedLabWork.com does not offer medical care, treatment plans, prescriptions, or review of lab results. Clients are encouraged to discuss any abnormal results with their primary care provider or a licensed healthcare professional.
